Once this bar is filled, a Star Wars theme will play on a banjo and you can open the Force tab on your pawn and check out the skills! Subsequent performance of work on certain skills will gain Force exp, thus enabling your pawn to level up their Force and you can choose how you want your pawn to develop. In so far, I have not seen pawns getting Force exp from cooking, butchering, hauling, socialising and rolling smokeleaf joints. When you successfully recruit a pawn with one of the many Force traits, there is an exp bar you need to fill by having them perform work in certain skills.
